Semi-Private Training is a training session for athletes between the ages of 10-16. Athletes will have a 4:1 and 1:1 athlete to coach ratio to provide detailed teaching and constant feedback to athletes.
Each semi private training program is designed to provide athletes with a full curriculum with detailed progressions. Coaches will provide athletes with the specific tools they need as per each session related to the program.
We offer 6 different programs that are designed around specific skills:
- Attack the Basket
- Ball Handling
- Rep Prep
- Guard Skills
- Girls Only Sessions Available
Sessions are once a week for 1 hour. All skills, no game time.
